In an effort to ensure the quality of the sale by retaining a sufficient number of volunteer workers, Kids EveryWear will require that volunteers fulfill their pledged obligation to work the shift(s) they have selected. Volunteers are expected to be on time and fulfill entire shift. In the event that a volunteer does not fulfill her commitment or find a suitable replacement on her behalf, Kids EveryWear will deduct $24 for regular volunteers and $48 for super volunteers of the volunteer/consignor earnings. Should a volunteer NOT additionally be participating as a consignor, then that volunteer will not be allowed to participate again in future Kids EveryWear Volunteer Preview Sales.

Some extenuating circumstances will be considered (such as death in the family). In such situations, the volunteer will be allowed to participate again in Volunteer Preview Sales, but a monetary deduction may still be made at the discretion of Kids EveryWear as provision for hired help may need to be made. Should extenuating circumstances prevent you from shopping at the Preview Sale, it would still be our hope that you would fulfill your commitment to volunteer. We are always amazed and blessed by the women who serve so heroically at each sale; they are not soon forgotten. Please understand that these guidelines have been created in an effort to maintain a high quality sale and a spirit of fairness to all who give sacrificially of their time.
